DUTIES:Serves as a primary assistant to the CFO. Represents the executive in interactions with internal and external clients, customers and stakeholders. Performs a wide variety of administrative duties to support the work of the CFO, including but not limited to: preparing office budgets and monitoring budget expenditures, reviewing and preparing request for payment, maintaining time and attendance records, establishing, organizing and maintaining confidential, subject and tickler files. Maintaining log for personal transactions, requisitions, contracts, ordering supplies, equipment and services. Gathers reviews and processes material for the Compensation Committee. Maintains the executive's calendar, coordinates meetings, attends assigned meetings, and resolves inquiries, refers requests to appropriate parties and routes correspondence. Prepares technical worksheets, tables and computations, establishes and maintains databases for a variety of purposes. Drafts memoranda, correspondence, reports, agreements & presentations, forms and other documents. Edits and proofs documents. Prepares travel and training requests and other arrangements for conferences, business trips; compiles expense reports. Participates in special projects as assigned by the CFO.(DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE ABOVE POSITION DESCRIPTION)QUALIFICATIONS:REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, accounting or business administration. Five (5) plus years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a financial environment. Mastery of Microsoft Office with experience in budgeting and financial reporting.
